• Question: I’ve never broken anything so if I drink more milk and dairy would that mean there’s a even more chance that I won’t break anything??

      Yes, as you’re growing it’s important to get a lot of calcium to keep your bones strong. If you had no calcium in your diet your bones would be weaker.

      Calcium is important for your muscles too, so if you don’t have enough in your diet your body sometimes “borrows” calcium from your bones which can make them weaker.
